Got the Bob tuned after fitting a supertrapp 2 into 1 from a V&H big radius & changed out the SE260 cam to a T-man 625
The bike has a early SE stage 4 kit with the 110+ heads

Work done by Thundertech in WA
    Happy Brad

18hp and 12lbs/ft with that nice flat torque curve is a great gain, that's a cracker, you'll really feel that. Those T Man cams use short lobe centres with good lift and duration and give pretty decent results from what I've seen.

It seems a whole lot better, it was 13 degrees in Perth yesterday with wet roads on the way home. Keen for a nice day to get up it a little

Brand is a good guy, he would love doing that job, half his gains would be f---ing off the  Big radius pipes. Nice one.

And it probably sounds a whole lot better which is an extra bonus.

The sound is not as loud but it’s a lot deeper if that makes sense
I like it a lot more than I thought I would

Good improvement and you can sell the old parts to recoup some $. Bet it rides better at partial throttle and has more throttle response in street riding conditions too.

Who recommended the supermeg exhaust and the Tman 625 cam to you?

Yeah it’s way better to ride. I’ve already sold the V&H pipes.

Thundertech recommended the supertrapp pipe but I went with the fat shot rather than the supermeg purely because I preferred the look. I wasn’t sure I’d like the sound it makes but I do.
It’s definitely a deeper sound at idle

For the cam I did a bunch of reading on the US forums about what works with the early SE 110+ heads
A few blokes with the same combination had run the T-man 625 cam with very similar results
It’s around 19 degrees smaller than the SE260

how many ST disc's are you using at end of muffler?

Thanks! Missed that. I’ve used Supertrapp on a TC 95”, I liked them, but , at that time I was drag racing in SE Harley’s ( the series finished & folded up ) . While competing in that & riding home from track, I had the guts fall out of the. Muffler. So took the ST pipe off , put a set of old cycle shack duels with baffles removed on. Went to the track & ran three tenths quicker & 12mph faster trap speed. So I just have stuck with the cycle shack ( stock looking pipe ) since, but I run baffles now.
But the ST a good system as you can tune it. But you have to re pack them & need closed end Capp  to get noise level down.then add more disc’s. I tried them all different ways but they still could not beat the old Cycle Shacks ( baffle removed ) that’s at the track street class ( same as racing off the lights on street ( but legal)
